Mindfulness does not exist only in quiet, still spaces. Mindfulness surrounds us, and experiencing mindfulness in nature is particularly helpful and beneficial to your health & well-being. Attending to calm surroundings not only connects us to our environment, but to a deeper place in our own being. During this combination of sitting and walking we will practice what it means to be mindful of nature, ourselves, and others while using movement. We will also learn to meditate and learn about the natural world around us through discussion and dialog.
