Our community events are the 1st Sunday of each month from: September 1st –December 1st 2019
This sensory meditation experience will guide you on a journey of sensations to help focus the mind and promote relaxation. It is a journey through the senses that will include sight, sound, smell, taste, touch and movement…all the while in natural setting. This specific meditation practice seeks to focus awareness upon and regenerate the pathways to sensation and awaken the wisdom of the body. We will break up sessions with movement and focus on being aware of what we experiencing out in the woods.
